Part I: Me, Myself, and I

1. What's your username, and how did you get it?

Poetic-Kitsune (also Poetic-Kitsune-chan on Gaia) on here, PoeticRainbow on youtube (also a_poetic_rainbow for IM), and Dreaming-Of-A-Nightmare on FF.n

Poetic-Kitsune(-chan) came to be becuase i am a poet and my friends nicknames me 'Kitsune' because i have many fox-like qualities, i'v always loves foxes, and one of my obsessions is Naruto.

PoeticRainbow (a_poetic_rainbow) came before Poetic-Kitsune, and i get it because i love rainbows (yes, laugh if you like), i'm poetic, and i'm very spontaneous like the shades of a rainbow. plus, it sounded cool together.

Dreaming-Of-A-Nightmare mostly came to be because of my love for the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. also, it sounded really poetic and cool.

2. What language do you usually swear in?

Japanese for the most part, although around my non-anime-liking friends and cousins i swear in my normal language, English.

3. Are you male or female?

100% vagina, baby!

4. Okay, what's the worst thing about your gender?

i'm going to be very open and blunt with all of you:
--having a period
--giving birth
--being weaker than guys which makes us more susseptible *can't spell right now* for rape
--being bottom. i knwo there are "dominatrix" girls, but let's be serious here: in hetero couples, girls can't really be top. ever. which means guys get all the fun and the girls get all the... i won't say it.

5. And what do you envy the most about the opposite gender?

if i told you, you'd all think i'm terribly creepy and weird. so i won't say what i'm jealous of from the male species. ask me if you like, but i mgith not answer.

Part 2: Food, Glorious Food

7. What's your favourite type of sweet then? (for those of you in America, that's candy)

um.... everything?! -shot-
...my weakness is ice cream, though. i can't live without it. @w@;;

8. Favourite drink?

lately i've been liking milk, and treat-wise i like virgin pina coladas, but for pop i just adore Pepsi and grape soda.

9. Is there anything you won't eat out of sheer disgust?

lamb/sheep, liver, cow tongue, brussel spouts... that sort of thing. but here's the weird part: I LOVE SQUID AND OCTOPUS. yeah, that's pretty weird and nasty but i love it. you can call it 'calamari' if you like. ;D

10. What's your favourite thing to cook?

er.... lots of things. mostly italian. i rock at pasta dishes, if i do say so myself~

11. Do you have your own characters?

so many that i lost count and gave some of them up.

13. One of your characters (or friends) is asked to carry out a simple chemical experiment, and left alone to do it. What happens?

if it were me, it's go on without a hitch. but if it were Kainini (one of my muses), things would probably combust and she would lose her eyebrows.

14. What's the wierdest dream you've ever had?

....don't even go there. EVERY DREAM I HAVE IS WEIRD. nothing every makes sense, anime/cartoon/comic/manga characters pop in and out, and i usually end up topless and trying to hide myself. need i say more?!

15. Where/what is your ideal home (was when you were young if you are over 20)?

COLORADO OR MONTANA. close enough to water to go fishing, and far away enoguh to see the mountains on the horizon. and it has to be a HOUSE, not somethign i've rented or anything. i want ti to be mineee. and oh! i want a big tree out front or in back that allows me to climb up and sit in it comfortably. and there needs to be a swingset because i love swings. if not either of those, then two trees close enough for a hammock. having a nice medium-to-large back yard would be good, too; fenced in becuase i know i'll have dogs (cats, too, but they stay inside. )

16. Can you tell us a fun story from your school days?

...no.

17. What was the last movie you saw?

one of my favs, The Mask. i watched it last night at a sleepover.

'For Reasons Unknown' by the Killers. i was humming it while i was leaving my friend's church this morning.

poem/song: Whirlwind (for a NaruGaa fanfic)
story: Detrimental Benefits (the NaruGaa fic mentioned above)

20. The first word you said, and the circumstances?

"play". it had soemthing to do with with our record player/tape player/CD player stereo system my parents had when i was growing up.

even back then i was obsessed with music... i had wanted to play "Wheels in the Sky" by Journey, but needed my dad's help. my second word was "wheelsky". yes i said it together, huhu.
